Jim O'Connor was ordained into the ministry in 1980. Since that time he has served as Pastor, Jail Chaplin, Evangelist, and Missionary. Since 2010, Jim and Dolly have joined together in establishing Equipping the Saints International Ministries and taking the Gospel around the world. 

Pioneered a Church in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2018, after much fasting and prayer, God called her to be the principal of the Equipping and Anointing School in Negros Island, Philippines.

Rick Jason Florés Silva was born in the Philippines, he studied Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in Cebu and later transferred to Negros Oriental State University and finished his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. He worked in BPO industries for many years as a Technical Support Representative and as an Architectural/Real Estate Photo Editor handling clients from New York, Seattle, and Miami.

He resigned from his stable job and obeyed God's calling into his life, he joined and is helping Pastor Jim as the Multimedia Specialist of Equipping the Saints International Ministries Inc. and offered his skills and talents in Photography, Videography, Photo/Video Editing, Web Design, and Graphic Arts.  

Last February 2019, Rick became one of the eight pioneer graduates of ETSIM Biblical and Ministerial School.

He participated in Mission Trips across Southeast Asian Nations like Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Rick Jason Silva is married to Analyn Silva and God blessed them with one beautiful daughter. He is a Youth Pastor of Equipping the Saints International Church in Bacolod City, Negros Island, Philippines, and currently studying Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology at Global University.

Pastor Emmanuel Sackie was raised as a pagan and it was not until a missionary with SIM/ELWA told him about a wonderful man named Jesus that he realized there was a God who loved him. Radically saved in 1988, Pastor Sackie devoted his time to working alongside missionaries preaching the good news of the Gospel. Pastor Sackie survived the ravishes of the 14-year civil war in Liberia which included the loss of his first wife and deaths of family and friends while fleeing through the jungles of Liberia. Pastor Sackie has stood in the face of death numerous times, nevertheless, he has walked away victorious and not allowed it to stop his ministry. Pastor Sackie and his wife’s vision is to develop a pastors training center to equip pastors with both spiritual tools and life skills. They are currently developing a farming project to assist their ministry in meeting the practical needs of the people in Liberia. Pastor Sackie has over 100 weeks of Bible and Ministry training and is a graduate of ETSIM Bible Training School.

LaVon and Grace Wagler knew they were called to ministry when the Lord brought them together in 2009. They had both served individually in foreign missions before getting married and knew their life would be spent radically living out the call to “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.” Matthew 28:19 They have been active in domestic US ministry as worship leaders, committee board members for YoungLife, coordinating conferences, and hosting Bible studies before going on staff with Equipping the Saints International as US Ministry and Financial Directors. They have a pastors heart to see the global Body of Christ healed and equipped to walk in their destiny and power, and see the Gospel preached to the ends of the earth. They are currently pursuing their Bible degrees and ordination.
