He has made everything beautiful in its time.
Ecclesiastes 3:11
There are moments in life when we are caught off guard—times when circumstances shift so suddenly that we’re left wondering what to do next. On May 12, my family faced one of those moments. My father was unexpectedly admitted to the hospital, and everything seemed uncertain.
The doctors told us it could take at least three days or more for recovery—if there was any improvement at all.
We were placed in the hallway of a crowded hospital—no room available, no comfort, and the heat made it difficult to rest. Yet, even then, we knew God was with us. In our hearts, we kept trusting. And just when we needed it most, God answered. A nurse approached and told us a private room had opened. Even though we didn’t have a lot of money, we said yes—trusting that God would provide. And He did.
The very next day, May 13, the doctor came with surprising news: my father was ready to be discharged. What we expected to be days of uncertainty became a testimony of God's grace and healing. But that wasn’t the end of it.
As we processed the hospital bill, a large amount was written on the paper. For a moment, worry tried to creep in—but God wasn’t finished yet. We were introduced to fill out a form, and after doing so, we were told the bill was completely covered. Free of charge. Only God could do something like that.
And though my father is still recovering from stroke and cannot walk yet, we hold on to this truth: God has a purpose in everything. His timing, His plan, and His ways are higher than ours. We may not understand everything right now, but we trust that whatever He allows is always for our good. What seems delayed or difficult is never wasted—because God is always working for our best.
