God Is Never Late

At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen.

Isaiah 60:22

There I was a time when I didn’t have enough and I started to worry.

I had prayed. I had hoped. I had been believing for provision — not for myself, but for the upcoming program and gift-giving day for my ministry.

And for a moment, I almost believed all the ‘what ifs’ inside my head.

But then I remembered.

I remembered all the times God had shown up in my past — not early, not late, but right on time.

I remembered the moments I thought I wouldn't make it, but somehow, I did.

I remembered the small miracles, the big breakthroughs, the unexpected provisions.

And in that moment of remembering, my heart shifted from fear to faith.

I said, “Lord, thank You.”

Thank You for what You’ve done before.

Thank You for what You’re doing now.

Thank You for what You are about to do.

And just like that — help arrived.

The provision came. The fear left. And I stood once again in awe of a God who never fails to show up right when I need Him most.

He doesn’t just give — He gives at the perfect time. Never too early, never too late.

But more than the joy of receiving, God reminded me of something deeper: we are not blessed just to be happy — we are blessed to be a blessing.

His provision has a purpose, and it’s not just to meet our needs, but to allow us to meet the needs of others.

So if you’re in a season of waiting, hold on. God is never late. And when He shows up, He does so not just to provide, but to remind you that His timing is always perfect and His heart is always generous.
