The Bibles and Books Ministry is a global mission under Equipping the Saints International Ministries, committed to bringing the Word of God—freely and uncompromisingly—to pastors, churches, and believers in the most remote, unreached, and impoverished places on earth. It is a calling birthed in the heart of God, carried by those who have seen with their own eyes the hunger of multitudes for just one Bible.

But a vision so great must be shared, not hoarded. It must be presented to the Body of Christ, because it cannot and must not be carried alone.
That is why, for the first time in Bacolod City, Negros Island, the Bibles and Books Ministry was officially presented to pastors and churches—so they too may catch the fire of this eternal work, and prayerfully consider standing with us.
Pastors and church leaders from across the city gathered, not for information, but for impartation. They came—not drawn by event or entertainment—but by a deep sense that God was speaking.

Pastor Allan Castigador, of Fortune Towne Baptist Church, opened his church and his heart, hosting the gathering with a spirit of generosity and reverence. And there, the ministry’s mandate was declared:
To bring the Word of God to those who have none.
This wasn’t a showcase. There were no polished presentations or emotional appeals. What was shared was a burden—for the forgotten, the unreached, and the praying saints who are still waiting for a single copy of the Scriptures.
The vision—refined by fire, carried through nations, and watered with tears—was laid before the churches of Bacolod. And with open hearts, they listened.

The Cry of the Nations Reaches Negros

We declared before them, and now declare before you:
We have not come with brochures and programs, but with a burden that burns like fire in our bones. The harvest is great, and the hour is late. We have seen the faces of the forgotten, the hands of the pleading, and the eyes of the saints in waiting.
In the past months alone, God has sent us to the edges of the map:
Liberia, Malawi, Kenya, Burundi – Africa’s soil has been stained with blood and tears, but it now drinks deeply of the Word of Life.
Nepal, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, and the Philippines – mountainous paths and jungle roads cannot hinder what God has ordained.
These are not cities with bookstores or seminaries. These are villages without electricity, islands without pastors, mountains without roads, and yet—believers with Bibles in their hearts but none in their hands.
“How shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? …And how shall they preach unless they are sent?” (Romans 10:14–15)

The Twofold Vision: Word and Maturity
We are not only delivering Bibles—we are arming the saints. Our vision is twofold:
To give Bibles to pastors and faithful believers who have none.
To equip the Body of Christ through teaching and training materials that lead believers to the full stature of Christ (Ephesians 4:13).
This is not a man’s ambition—it is a Holy Spirit assignment. This vision was birthed through Pastor James O’Connor, whose footsteps have traced five decades of obedience, from the pulpits of America to the footpaths of Africa and the Himalayas of Nepal. He and Sister Dolly have poured their lives like a drink offering, giving not only books and Bibles, but hope, strength, and fire to a praying church.
They have found grandmothers weeping over a Bible in their own language for the first time. Pastors holding teaching manuals like treasures. Churches that have fasted, not for food, but for truth. And now, the torch is being passed, and the call to join them is clear.
A Call to the Church: Arise and Join the Eternal Work
Let it be said plainly: This work will never be accomplished by one man. Not by one ministry. Not by good intentions. It will only be fulfilled by the Church, awakened, united, and burning with compassion.

We ask for your prayers—for this is spiritual warfare. We ask for your volunteering—for the fields are white. We ask for your giving—for how shall they receive if we do not go?
We do not sell Bibles. We refuse to. We are not merchants of the Word—we are messengers of the Gospel. We carry it free of charge, but not free of cost. Christ paid the price, and now, we give what we have freely received.
Thousands have already received. Thousands more are waiting.
Will You Join Us?
We are praying—fervently—for churches to invite us, for leaders to lock arms with us, and for you to say: “Here am I, send me.”
Let us labor while it is still day. Let us not be ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God unto salvation.
This is not a ministry for the shelf. This is not a vision for tomorrow. This is a divine assignment for now.
Let us go. Let us give. Let us not grow weary. Let us shake the nations—one Bible at a time.
“And this Gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations, and then the end shall come.” (Matthew 24:14)
